F company is the domestic important Internet enterprise and enjoy a high reputation in the industry.With the development of the Internet industry, the evolution of the Internet products gets faster and faster, and the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. In order to survive, Enterprises must strengthen their own reform to adapt to the development of industry and meet the users' demands. Thus, they need to improve the internal management level. And they have to adjust the organization structure to reduce the cost. In this context, F company makes a research and practice of the development team organization reconstruction, and achieves a certain effect. This case introduces the successful practice of F company research and development organization restructuring, espresses the change focus at the different stages of the organizational.It helps the student to deep understanding of the value and significance of the theory of organizational change.
