Nanjing QingLang Coffee Co. Ltd is a special coffee retailer which was founded in 2013. Compared with Starbucks, Costa, McCafe, 85 degrees C and MAAN Coffee, QingLang Coffee is still a small brand. In order to make accurate market strategy and strive for greater development, QingLang carried out a sufficient investigation in 2013 June in Nanjing. Through investigation, QingLang analyzed marketing strategy of its competitors, had some insight into the characteristics of consumer behavior of freshly brewed coffee in Nanjing and finally put forward a clear market positioning and marketing mix strategy.
